Kenthurst

In the Kenthurst project, Debono Constructions skilfully delivered an open airy main living area, kitchen, and bathroom renovation that strikes the perfect balance between modern simplicity and luxurious detailing. The inviting atmosphere features a monochromatic colour scheme on major architectural elements, such as the brick plinth, window frames, and roof trim, contrasted with the bright blue of the pool.
Cantilevered glass pool fencing dissolves barriers between the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing them to seamlessly enhance each other. High light windows on both sides of the main living area provide natural light throughout the day and across all seasons, creating a sense of openness and airiness.

Natural, colourful, and rich textures and finishes are employed for fixtures, finishes, and joinery, adding depth and warmth to the space.

The kitchen boasts a mix of cool grey cabinets, timber-finished display cabinets, and open shelving. A wide, low picture window invites the outdoors in, and brass tapware and edge moulding on the island bench top exude luxury and attention to detail.

The interplay of rich colours and textures against monochromatic architectural elements continues in the bathroom. Black window frames and white base tiles harmoniously coexist with colourful perpendicular upper tiles, while brass tapware, shower fittings, and a mirror frame complete the elegant look. The Kenthurst project is a testament to Debono Constructions’ ability to create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
