Our client commissioned the team at Debono Constructions to seamlessly transform the entire ground floor of this two-storey residence.
The project required significant work to the structure of the home involving wall removals, comprehensive window replacements, and a reimagining of the layout. This gave our client a much more cohesive flow that resulted in considerably more light to the all-important kitchen and lounge areas.
A considered monochromatic colour scheme and use of natural timbers and distinctive tiles, means this home strikes a balance between aesthetic allure and functionality.
The beautiful long kitchen island was designed to flow straight through to the expansive new deck. The covered deck overlooks the pool and meticulously landscaped garden and is ideal for entertaining across the seasons.
Three pristine new bathrooms and a laundry amplifies this home’s amenity, making it a very comfortable place to be. The construction craftsmanship is evident, showcasing meticulous attention to detail, especially in the high-quality installation and the harmonious connections between materials.
