Concord

In Concord, our project was aimed at unlocking the full potential of the home, focusing on creating expansive, liveable spaces.

We introduced a new box extension to the rear, incorporating every essential feature for modern living. With a new kitchen, lounge room, dining area, laundry, and an inviting swimming pool and deck, this home has been transformed into a perpetual staycation retreat.

The second storey of the extension added an elegant master suite with a large ensuite, walk-in-robe and study. The ensuite maintains the generous level of comfort and luxury found in the main living spaces with its spacious double vanity unit, soaking tub, and a large walk-through shower with a most beautiful but practical shampoo shelf that spans the full width of the room.

The client’s fondness for the colour green was acknowledged, and we subtly wove it into the design. This shade sits harmoniously amidst the contrasting hues of light, dark, and timber finishes throughout the home.

Our client ‘happy cried’ the first time we invited them up into their new second storey and they saw the view and how much additional space we were giving them with the build.
