Darlinghurst Two

This project sees Debono Constructions renovating an existing Darlinghurst home in two stages. The first stage is complete, and includes a new kitchen and bathroom with a cutting edge black and gold aesthetic.

The functionality of the kitchen was completely overhauled to give our client more useable bench space. Considerably more storage was also added, with a dedicated appliance cupboard, and ceiling high upper cabinetry accessed by a custom American Oak ladder with gold dipped fittings.

The curved natural stone island bench boasted sophisticated lines and beauty.

Under bench sensors turn on LED strip cabinet lighting with the wave of the hand, and avoid the need for traditional light switches. In combination with the appliance cupboard, this has kept all switches and power points out of sight and is something that was important to the client.

The bathroom boasts a feature curved bath with a v-groove fluted design and gold tapware and basins, all of which give an elegant feel to the space.

We are excited to move onto the second stage of this renovation, that will create a 3^rd floor bedroom, bathroom, and deck with spa to take in the city skyline views.
